Students (or others) access these schedules using a web browser, and can use the schedules to set up an appointment. When they do so, the faculty member receives an e-mail notification, and the student can opt to have a reminder sent to them the day prior to the appointment. The system lets faculty change, view and modify their schedules, with appropriate e-mail notifications sent to anyone having a scheduled appointment.
